1. Process flow description
The production process of the silica gel desiccant is simple, which is to pack the desiccant silica gel quantitatively in a paper bag with good air permeability. Most domestic manufacturers now use granular packaging machines for packaging. The process description and step control content are as follows:
1. Raw material inspection: including silica gel and packaging paper;
   Main test items: silica gel: particle size, moisture, moisture absorption, microorganisms
                          Wrapping paper: weight, fluorescence, microorganism
2. Printing and cutting of packaging paper: cutting the packaging paper according to the required patterns and specifications;
   Main inspection items: printing appearance, solvent residue, decolorization
3. Sub-packaging: small packaged products made by packing silica gel with wrapping paper by granule packaging machine;
   Mainly concerned items: loading, size, cursor position, heat sealing strength
4. Sorting and random inspection: sort out the unqualified products, and make random inspections at any time to adjust the equipment parameters;
    Main items of concern: defective sealing products, defective products containing impurities, defective printing products, etc.
5. Subcontracting and outsourcing: the products are packaged inside and outside as required, and stored in the warehouse for full testing.
   Full inspection items: appearance, moisture content, moisture absorption, microorganisms, weight, solvent residue, paper bag fluorescence, decolorization, and drop resistance


2. Critical control points and control methods
2.1. Quantity
  The desiccant varies according to the requirements of the environment used. The smallest size is 0.3g, the largest is 500g, and 1000g. The filling volume is controlled by the blanking measuring cup, the measuring cups of different specifications are used for rough adjustment, and the height of the material brush is used for fine adjustment. The measurement and calibration are carried out every 40 minutes during the production process.

2.2. Packing size
The size of the desiccant bag can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the different filling quantity and the packaging requirements of the customer. The size deviation of conventional products is controlled by ±1mm, and the deviation control is carried out by cursor recognition. During the production process, the cursor position is monitored at any time and adjusted at any time.

2.3. Heat sealing strength
The desiccant package is heat-sealed, and different paper materials have different requirements for temperature. There are internal control standards for the sealing strength for on-site inspection, and the sealing control is performed by adjusting the temperature.
